内部控制是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,是企业进行风险防范、提升管理水平的重要手段,随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立完善以及全面融入全球化浪潮之中,在风险防范制度建设方面急需与国际接轨,以适应激烈的国际市场竞争。本文就内控实践中遇到的问题进行探讨,以期为企业建立健全内部控制规范体系带来一些启示和思考。
Internal control is an important part of modern enterprise management and an important means for enterprises to prevent risks and improve their management level. With the establishment and perfection of China’s socialist market economy and the full integration into the wave of globalization, it is urgently needed in the construction of risk prevention system With international standards to meet the fierce competition in the international market. This article discusses the problems encountered in the practice of internal control in order to provide some enlightenment and reflection for enterprises to establish and improve the internal control system.
