学习动机形成于学习需求并影响教学质量和效果。文章从动机与需求二者的关系入手,在分析研究生英语学习需求的基础上,揭示当前研究生英语教学存在的问题,从提高研究生英语应用能力的角度,就研究生英语教学改革展开思考。
Learning motivation formed in the learning needs and affect the quality and effectiveness of teaching. Based on the analysis of the relationship between motivation and demand, the article reveals the existing problems of postgraduates English teaching and analyzes the reform of graduate English teaching from the perspective of improving postgraduates’ ability to apply English.
