绘画作品是幼儿表现内心世界的载体,是幼儿表达情感的特殊语言,倾听这种语言,是教师了解幼儿、帮助幼儿发展的途径之一。带大班的时候,我曾对一名幼儿的绘画表现、绘画作品进行了系列的观察和解读,从而了解孩子,走进孩子心灵,激励他进步。晨志,新转来的一名幼儿,之前只在湖北老家村子里上过半年幼儿园,内向、胆怯,不愿与人交往,缺乏自信。经过观察,我发现晨志喜欢画画,作品想像力丰富,因此我尝试从鼓励兴趣出发,以解读绘画作品为途径。帮助他树立自信。
