前言众所周知,煤制原料气中H2S与有机硫(主要COS、CS2)含量高,甲醇催化剂又极容易受微量硫中毒而失活。因此在以煤为原料的单醇生产中,精脱硫新技术的应用就成为其关键的技术之一。福建省长庆化工有限公司2006年11月建成投产的30kt/a单醇系统的精脱硫,我们选择了湖北省化学研究院气体净化中心发明的以煤为原料的单醇系统EH-2中温耐硫水解催化剂串JIL-1常温精脱硫专利技术。
Preface As we all know, coal-based feedstock gas H2S and organic sulfur (main COS, CS2) content is high, methanol catalyst is extremely vulnerable to micro-sulfur poisoning and inactivation.
