首次利用动态载流子恢复时间来等效半导体光放大器的高频滤波效应,分析了基于半导体光放大器中交叉增益调制全光波长变换器的动态特性.对10Gbit/s的输入信号,模拟了探测光与信号光输出波形.计算了变换信号的啁啾变化情况,并提出了采用减小线宽提高因子及增加探测光功率来减小啁啾对变换信号的影响、降低码间干扰.
The dynamic carrier recovery time is used for the first time to equalize the high-frequency filtering effect of the semiconductor optical amplifier, and the dynamic characteristics of the all-optical wavelength converter based on the cross-gain modulation in the semiconductor optical amplifier are analyzed.
