该软件设计的指导思想是以系列管理和网络化管理为主 ,即妇幼保健全程管理 ,从婚前保健开始 ,一直到更老年期保健管理。系统的设计构思是网络版结构 ,利用服务器 客户机网络结构 ,建立广域网 ,采用电话线拨号上网的方式 ,将全区、县各级妇幼保健机构的信息管理互联成网。通过妇幼保健计算机网络化管理 ,不但为妇女儿童建立了健康档案 ,为社区服务提供了极大的便利 ,还使我们所有的资料、数据都得到了有效的处理、分析、汇总 ,实现了信息资源的充分开发和利用
