为庆祝新中国成立60周年,由文化部和山西省人民政府主办,中国国家画院、山西省文化厅承办的“向祖国汇报——新基地、新山西、新成就”大型画展于2009年6月17日至27日在中国美术馆举办。展览汇集首都及山西省知名画家的作品一百二十多幅,描绘了山西丰厚的文化遗产、美丽的自然风光和当代蓬勃发展的经济与文化。
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Founding of New China, a large-scale art exhibition “Reported to the Motherland-New Base, New Shanxi, New Achievements,” hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Shanxi Provincial People’s Government, hosted by China National Academy of Painting and Shanxi Provincial Department of Culture in 2009 June 17 to 27 held at the China Art Museum. The exhibition brings together more than 120 works by well-known painters in the capital and Shanxi Province, depicting Shanxi’s rich cultural heritage, beautiful natural scenery and the thriving economy and culture of the present day.
