以落葵子叶和胚轴为外值体 ,在 MS基本培养基中添加不同浓度激素培养。结果表明 ,胚轴在 NAA0 .1~ 0 .3 mg/ L和 BA1~ 3 mg/ L范围内能产生愈伤组织 ,而子叶在上述培养基上均不能产生愈作组织。胚轴愈伤组织在 NAA0~0 .3 mg/ L 和 BA3 mg/ L 及 KT3 mg/ L 上分化出芽 ,在 1 / 2 MS+ NAA0 .3 mg/ L培养基上 ,生根率和根的质量均最好 ,再生小植侏移栽成活率达 1 0 0 %。
