小学是学生学习生涯的起步阶段,也是培养学生学习兴趣、社会认知、情感及品德的重要阶段。在我国以往的小学教育教学中,学生的学习成绩是衡量教学目标及质量的标准,这虽然在一定的程度上能使学生更加努力的学习,但是却忽略了学生思想品德素质的培养,这对学生形成良好的性格、品质、思想造成了一定的影响。本文通过班主任老师在小学语文教学中对品德教育的有效渗透进行了探讨,以促进学生的全面发展。
Primary school is the initial stage of student learning career, but also an important stage to develop students’ interest in learning, social cognition, emotion and character. In the past, primary school education in China, the students ’academic performance is a measure of teaching objectives and quality standards, which although to a certain extent enable students to work harder, but neglected the cultivation of students’ ideological and moral qualities, Students form a good character, quality, thought has caused some impact. This article discusses the effective penetration of moral education in the Chinese teaching of primary school through the teacher in charge of class to promote the all-round development of students.
