目的评价学校食堂施行食品卫生监督量化分级管理的效果。方法选择31家学校食堂为调查对象,综合卫生许可及经常性卫生监督量化评分表制成调查表,进行调查分析。结果施行食品卫生量化分级管理后学校食堂的食品卫生管理水平明显提高。结论食品卫生量化分级管理制度对提高学校食堂自身卫生管理水平效果显著,对保障学生身体健康,促进学校和谐稳定意义重大。
Objective To evaluate the effect of quantitative and hierarchical management of food hygiene supervision in school canteens. Methods Thirty-one school canteens were selected as the survey subjects, and the questionnaires were made by the comprehensive health permission and regular health supervision quantitative scoring table to conduct investigation and analysis. Results The food hygiene management level of school canteens increased significantly after the quantitative and hierarchical management of food hygiene. Conclusion The quantitative and hierarchical management system of food hygiene has significant effect on improving the health management level of school canteens themselves. It is of great significance to ensure the health of students and promote the harmonious and stable development of schools.
