目的:分析西药药剂头孢米诺的临床应用具体情况。方法:随机抽取近几年来到我院接受治疗的感染患者130例,其65例患者为下呼吸道感染,65例患者为泌尿系统感染,对患者采取西药头孢米诺治疗。结果:下呼吸道感染患者治疗总有效率96.9%,不良反应发生率6.2%;泌尿系感染患者治疗总有效率96.9%,不良反应发生率7.7%;两组相比,无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:西药头孢米诺治疗临床感染性疾病效果显著,但存在一定不良反应,临床需高度重视,准确合理用药。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of western medicine cefmenoxime. Methods: We randomly selected 130 cases of infected patients who came to our hospital for treatment in recent years. Among them, 65 cases were lower respiratory tract infections and 65 cases were urinary tract infections. The patients were treated with cefmenox. Results: The total effective rate was 96.9% in patients with lower respiratory tract infection and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.2%. The total effective rate in treatment of urinary tract infection was 96.9% and the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.7%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05. Conclusion: Western medicine cefmenox treatment of clinical infectious disease effect is significant, but there are some adverse reactions, the clinical need to attach great importance to accurate and rational drug use.
