目的:总结老年人肺癌外科手术治疗的经验,对老年人肺癌外科手术治疗和并发症进行探讨。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年6月至2008年6月行手术治疗的250例老年肺癌患者的临床资料。结果:250例老年肺癌患者手术切除236例,切除率94.4%;术后并发症43例,并发症发生率17.2%;围手术期死亡5例,死亡率2.0%。结论:对老年肺癌患者认真做好术前准备,严格掌握剖胸手术适应证,加强围手术期处理,加强术后管理,是提高手术疗效的有效途径。
Objective: To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of lung cancer in the elderly and to discuss the surgical treatment and complications of lung cancer in the elderly. Methods: The clinical data of 250 elderly patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 250 elderly patients with lung cancer, 236 cases were resected surgically, with a resection rate of 94.4%. Postoperative complications occurred in 43 cases with a complication rate of 17.2%. Perioperative mortality was 5 and death rate was 2.0%. Conclusion: It is an effective way to improve the curative effect of preoperative preparation of lung cancer patients carefully, strictly master the indications of thoracotomy, strengthen perioperative management and strengthen management after operation.
