米非司酮配伍米索前列醇应用于胎龄１２～１８周之间的死胎引产共８０例。引产成功率１００％，完全流产率６０％，与对照组相比较差异有显著性。研究组平均排胎时间比对照组缩短１７．２ｈ，有显著性差异。结果表明：米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于死胎引产与利凡诺羊膜腔内、外注射引产比较，有成功率高，引产时间短，清宫率低及非侵入性等优点。此方法简便有效，有推广使用价值。
Mifepristone combined with misoprostol in gestational age 12 to 18 weeks of induced abortion in a total of 80 cases. Success rate of 100% induction of labor, complete abortion rate of 60%, compared with the control group, the difference was significant. The study group average row tire time shorter than the control group 17.2h, a significant difference. The results showed that the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol for induced abortion of the stillbirth and intravenous injection of rivanol in the amniotic cavity had the advantages of high success rate, short induction time, low rate of curettage and non-invasiveness. This method is simple and effective, there is the promotion of the use of value.
