频域心电图(frequency-domain correlative cardio-graphy,FCG)是采用生物控制论及信息处理方法的原理把时间域心电图变成频率域心电图的一种诊断新技术。我们自1987年9月应用FCG对60例陈旧性心肌梗塞(old myocardial infarction,OMI)进行检测,现探讨如下:1 资料和结果1.1 心梗组60例符合1979年WHO制订的诊断标准,病程均在8周以上;男性58例,女性2例,平均年龄60±8岁,前壁组18例,下壁组40例,复合组2例。对照组60例,男性49例,女性11例;平均年龄52±10岁。均无心血管病症状,且经体检未发现异常者。
Frequency-domain correlative cardio-graphy (FCG) is a new diagnostic technique to transform time-domain electrocardiogram into frequency-domain electrocardiogram using principles of biological control theory and information processing. We have since September 1987 FCG 60 cases of old myocardial infarction (old myocardial infarction, OMI) were explored as follows: 1 Materials and Results 1.1 MI group of 60 patients with diagnostic criteria developed by the WHO in 1979, the duration of the disease At 8 weeks, there were 58 males and 2 females, with an average age of 60 ± 8 years. There were 18 anterior wall group, 40 inferior wall group and 2 composite group. The control group of 60 patients, 49 males and 11 females; mean age 52 ± 10 years. No symptoms of cardiovascular disease, and physical examination found no abnormalities.
