为加快实施“走出去”战略,加强境外投资信息服务,及时了解我国企业境外投资动态,做好引导和协调工作,商务部拟搭建企业境外投资意向信息库。 信息库发布的我国企业境外投资意向信息,将为境内外各类机构和企业提供一个相互了解沟通的信息平台,以加强中外企业间投资信息交流。有意申报加入信息库的企业可从商务部政府网站合作司子站下载“企业境外投资意向登记表”,如实填写、加盖企业签章并附上所需材料后,报送本省(区、市)外经贸主管部门。
In order to speed up the implementation of the “going global” strategy, strengthen overseas investment information services, keep abreast of the dynamic of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises and do a good job of guiding and coordinating work, the Ministry of Commerce intends to set up an information base of overseas investment intentions of enterprises. Information on the intention of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises issued by the information base will provide a platform for mutual understanding and communication among various agencies and enterprises both at home and abroad so as to enhance the exchange of investment information between Chinese and foreign enterprises. Enterprises intending to declare to join the information base may download the Registration Form of Intention of Overseas Investment from the website of the cooperation department of the government website of the Ministry of Commerce, submit the registration form to the province (district or city) Foreign trade and economic cooperation department.
