医学伦理查房是医院伦理委员会介入医疗过程,通过其监督、指导、协调、审查等功能,以规范医务人员的医疗行为,保护医患双方的合法权益,协调医患关系的活动[1]。2010年7月开始,我院党委开始推行伦理查房活动,经过四年的不懈努力,临床医务人员的伦理意识、服务意识和病人满意度都得到了较大提升。现将我们的做法及体会介绍如下。1做法为了确保伦理查房活动有效推进,医院党委以红头文件形式下发医学伦理查房工作制度,规定由
