高职院校人才培养的关键之处就是广泛进行校企合作。作者通过现场走访,了解了部分酒店管理人才培养的现状,并以问卷形式对江苏常州及周边城市的酒店行业进行深入调查。调查结果表明,应用英语专业(酒店商务)校企合作现状不容乐观。为了切实加强校企合作,高职院校必须建立健全校企合作长效机制,大力深化教育教学改革,培养符合社会发展的有用人才。
The key point of talent training in higher vocational colleges is to conduct school-enterprise cooperation widely. Through on-site visits, the author learned about the current situation of some hotel management personnel training and conducted an in-depth investigation into the hotel industry in Changzhou and surrounding cities in the form of questionnaires. The survey results show that the application of English majors (hotel business) the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation is not optimistic. In order to conscientiously strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, vocational colleges must establish and improve a long-term mechanism for cooperation between schools and enterprises, vigorously deepen education and teaching reform, and train useful personnel in line with social development.
