经湖南省科协批准,湖南省科技期刊编辑工作者协会第一届学术年会暨优秀期刊发奖大会于1986年12月23日在怀化市召开。出席会议的省内各家报刊的代表68人,其中具有高级职称的6人。收到学术论文50多篇,其中在大会上发言的计19篇。会议期间,与会代表紧紧围绕科技报刊的地位和作用、科技报刊的质量标准、科技报刊的改革方向与途径以及如何提高编辑人员素质和编排水平等问题,各抒已见,介绍作法,畅谈体会,交流经验。并采取会议听评、会后信评、理事会议终
