背景:9月22～24日,来自师范院校的几位专家在山西省临汾市乡宁县“会诊”农村教育中的校本教研及教师专业发展问题。在深入调研之后,专家肯定了乡宁县在课堂教学和师资队伍建设方面投入的热情及所取得的成绩,并指出:在课程资源有限的情况下,农村教育改革发展的关键在于从内部着手,培养教师自我研究和发展的意识。参加此项活动的专家是:欧阳芬,江西师范大学副教授,北京师范大学高级访问学者;鲍传友,北京师范大学教育学院博士;刘秉民,教育部北京师范大学课程中心校本教研室研究人员。
Background: From September 22nd to 24th, several experts from the teachers’ colleges were engaged in school-based teaching and research and teacher professional development in the “consultation” rural education in the village of Linning, Linfen, Shanxi Province. After in-depth investigation, the experts affirmed the enthusiasm and achievements of the teaching and training team construction in the village of Ningning County. They pointed out that the key to the reform and development of rural education is to start from within and cultivate Teachers’ self-research and development consciousness. The experts participating in this activity are: Ouyang Fen, associate professor at Jiangxi Normal University, Senior Visiting Scholar at Beijing Normal University; Bao Chuanyou, Ph.D., School of Education, Beijing Normal University; Liu Bingmin, Researcher at the school-based teaching and research section of the curriculum center of Beijing Normal University.
