本文对染制神经终末的Akmstrong铬—银方法进行了改进,其改进后的实验特点为:将固定和媒染两个步骤合在一起,缩短了一半时间(只用4天),铬化时间从14天缩短至4天。并获得了与Akmstrong氏改良法同样的效果。
In this paper, the Akmstrong chrome-silver method for dyeing neural terminals has been improved.
