执行难是人民法院普遍面临的问题,可以概括为:难以发现执行线索,被执行人难找,执行财物难寻,协助执行难求,执行款难查,应执行财产难动。产生执行难问题既有社会意识的原因,也有制度的原因和执行人员的原因。破解执行难问题,相应也应当从这几方面着手。
