青光眼不仅可引起视神经视网膜萎缩,虹膜萎缩,晶体混浊,也可导致角膜损伤。闭角型青光眼急性发作时,角膜雾状混浊(包括内皮水肿)被认为是这种损害的直接结果。镜面显微镜(Specular microscopy)的临床应用,为活体观察角膜内皮提供了条件。为进一步了解青光眼对角膜内皮细胞的影响,为临床评价青光眼提供可靠的客观资料,我们对青光眼患者(主要为闭角型青光眼)角膜内皮细胞进行了活体观察,现将结果报告于下。
Glaucoma can cause not only atrophy of the optic nerve retina, iris atrophy, opacity of the crystal, but also corneal damage. Corneal opacity (including endothelial edema) is considered to be a direct result of this damage at the time of acute closure of glaucoma. The clinical application of Specular microscopy provides the conditions for the in vivo observation of the corneal endothelium. To further understand the impact of glaucoma on corneal endothelial cells, to provide reliable objective data for the clinical evaluation of glaucoma, we performed in vivo observation of corneal endothelial cells in patients with glaucoma (mainly angle-closure glaucoma) and the results are reported below.
