本文基于Shephard投入距离函数构建了全要素化肥技术效率,并采用中国2002~2010年省级面板数据进行实证分析发现:整体上全国全要素化肥技术效率处于较低的水平,并且在样本期并没有明显的好转,从而说明在保证产量和其他投入不变的条件下,化肥投入可以大幅度减少;从分区域来看,东部地区远远领先于中西部地区,表明其正处于从粗放式农业发展模式到集约化农业发展模式的转变,相反中西部地区的全要素化肥技术效率较低,并且在样本期并未出现好转,说明其农业发展模式仍处于粗放式发展模式。
In this paper, based on Shephard input distance function, the technical efficiency of total factor fertilizer was constructed. Empirical analysis using provincial panel data from 2002 to 2010 in China found that: overall, the national total factor fertilizer technology efficiency is at a low level, and in the sample period Obviously improved, indicating that under the conditions of ensuring output and other inputs remain unchanged, the investment in chemical fertilizers can be greatly reduced.
