对37眼人工模拟各种屈光不正产生的高焦弥散斑大小与形状特征变化进行了检测,并将测量结量与理论值作了比较。结果表明:测量平均值与理论值较接近,二者曲线相似,具有较好的相关性。作者认为,高焦弥散斑是衡量屈光不正眼成象质量的较简单可行、且又全面客观的综合性指标,离焦弥散斑的方法有希望作为一种新的主观验光法,用于常规的验光检查及配镜准确与否的校验。
The changes of the size and shape of high focal diffusive speckles induced by various kinds of artificial refractive errors were examined in 37 eyes. The measured results were compared with the theoretical values. The results show that the average value of the measurement is close to the theoretical value, and the two curves are similar and have good correlation. The author believes that the high focal dispersion speckle is a relatively simple and feasible measure of the refractive non-orthoptic imaging quality, and it is also a comprehensive and objective comprehensive index. The defocused diffuse speckle method is promising as a new subjective refraction method for routine Optometry and glasses or not accurate check.
