我国经济在过去20年中持续增长,年均增长率达10％左右,但这种增长主要是粗放型的增长。在我国,真正提出经济增长方式要向集约型转变,并付诸实施则是进入90年代以后的事。
The economy of our country has been continuously increasing in the past two decades with an average annual growth rate of 10% or so, but this kind of growth is mainly extensive growth. In our country, the real proposal of transforming the mode of economic growth into an intensive one is put into practice after the 1990s.
