Through thorough surveys in the past two years, it has been found that nearly 80% of the students were discouraged because of their secondary vocational schools. They always felt that they did not receive a good education. Especially in underdeveloped rural areas, 95% of students entering secondary vocational schools are third-year students without senior high school entrance examination and 5% are students who can not pass the upper secondary school entrance examination or are unable to read general education because of family difficulties.
