一个风洞质量的好坏,关键在于工作段的性能如何?工作段的性能包括工作段的气流速度精度、稳定性、紊流度的大小,轴向静压梯度和气流的偏角等。对于一般风洞能否应用,主要的指标是气流的速度精度。本文就我局的“ST-516型可换式低速风洞风表校正仪”的工作段进行了一系列速度测定,并通过误差理论和质量评估图来评估该风洞的速度精度。
The quality of a wind tunnel depends on the performance of the working section. The performance of the working section includes the accuracy, stability, degree of turbulence, the static pressure gradient and the declination of the airflow in the working section. For general wind tunnel can be applied, the main indicator is the speed of airflow accuracy. In this paper, a series of velocity measurements were carried out on the working section of “ST-516 Low-speed Wind Turbine Windshield Calibrator”, and the error accuracy and quality assessment were used to evaluate the accuracy of the wind tunnel.
