德拉麻明(Beta-dimethylaminoethyl benzohydryl ether 8-chlorotheophyllinate)已由幾個調查研究家在臨床上用作動暈病的预防藥。為研究本品在短航中的预防暈機的效用,美國104步兵團,曾作了40分鐘的空運部隊的飛行試驗。參加這次飛行的健康人员計807名,並分為三組(每组269名):第一組预先服用德拉麻明;第二組服安慰劑;第三組不服用任何藥品。在全體參加飛行人員中,有6名發生嘔吐,13名發過惡心。其有反应的19名中,4名是服過德拉麻明的,8名是服过安慰劑的,7名是不服任何藥品的。
Beta-dimethylaminoethyl benzohydryl ether 8-chlorotheophyllinate has been used clinically as a prophylactic drug for dizziness by several investigators. In order to study this product in short-haul prevention of motion sickness, the 104th Infantry Regiment of the United States made a flight test of 40 minutes of air force. Eighty-seven health workers participated in the flight and were divided into three groups (269 per group): the first group received pre-gelazamide; the second group received placebo; the third group did not take any medicines. Six of the participants in the flight were vomiting and 13 were nauseated. Of the 19 respondents, 4 were treated with delamamide, 8 were given placebo, and 7 were not given any medicines.
