本试验在茎尖培养基中分别加入3种浓度的板蓝根(1.0g/l、2.0g/l、4.0g/l)和3种浓度的三氮唑核苷酸(10mg/l、20mg/l、40mg/l),研究了不同药剂浓度对葡萄试管苗茎尖的影响。试验结果表明两种药剂对葡萄茎尖生长和分化率均有抑制作用,而且随着浓度的增加,抑制作用也增强。经板蓝根2.0g/l和4.0g/l处理获得的茎尖试管苗,移栽田间后,经双链RNA技术分析检测,未检测出双链RNA.
In this experiment, three concentrations of Radix isatidis (1.0g / l, 2.0g / l, 4.0g / l) and three concentrations of ribavirin (10mg / l, 20mg / L, 40mg / l) to study the effects of different drug concentration on shoot tips of grape plantlets. The results showed that the two agents had inhibitory effects on the growth and differentiation of the shoots of the grape shoots, and the inhibitory effect was also enhanced with the increase of the concentration. The tips of the shoots were obtained from the treatments of Radix Isatidis 2.0g / l and 4.0g / l. After transplanted in the field, double stranded RNA was not detected by double stranded RNA analysis.
