硬质合金工具通常在极端恶劣的工况下使用,工具表面承受着复杂载荷和高温的破坏,而激光热处理是硬质合金表面强化的一种有效手段,因此研究硬质合金的激光热处理具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了硬质合金激光热处理的研究进展,首先介绍了激光热处理在硬质合金表面强化上的优势,其次总结了激光热处理参数对硬质合金表面的微观形貌、组织结构、物相结构、残余应力状况和机械性能的影响,并详细阐述了激光辐照对于硬质合金表面强化的作用机理。激光热处理工艺参数的不断优化以及表面微结构的创建对接触性能影响的深入研究,是今后研究工作的发展趋势。
