随着时代和社会的逐渐发展,全球一体化趋势越来越明显,在多元文化意识形态的冲击下,当前社会环境开始慢慢的显现出来出多元、多样的态势,近几年来,国家逐渐注意到发展经济就要缩短农村和城镇之间所存在的经济差异,这样就需要新农村建设进行进一步的加强力度,在新农村的整体化建设过程当中,农村会计工作就自然成为了重中之重。近些年国家对于会计工作方面不断加强重视,不断的提升其规范程度,尽管现阶段取得了一定的成效,但是农村会计人员工作仍然不能适应经济建设的步伐,整体的情况仍然不容乐观,因此本文就在此社会大背景下主要围绕农村会计信息化建设这一话题展开讨论。
