国家民委12月10日印发《少数民族特色村寨保护与发展规划纲要2011—2015年)》,提岀“十二五”期间在全国重点保护和改造1000个少数民族特色村寨。据了解,少数民族特色村寨是指少数民族人口相对聚居,且比例较高,生产生活功能较为完备,少数民族文化特征及其聚落特征明显的自然村或行政村。
On December 10, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission issued the Outline for the 2011-2015 Plan for the Protection and Development of Ethnic-characteristic Villages with Ethnic Minorities. During the “Twelfth-Five-Year Plan”, Tiandu County will focus on the protection and renovation of 1000 villages with ethnic minority characteristics throughout the country. It is understood that villages with ethnic minorities refer to natural villages or administrative villages inhabited by ethnic minorities with relatively high proportions, relatively complete production and living functions, and distinctive cultural characteristics of ethnic minorities and their settlement characteristics.
