心钠素(ANP) 属有利钠利尿、扩张血管和抑制醛固酮系统等作用。关于充血性心力衰竭(CHF)时血浆心钠素(PANP)的变化,国内外报告的结果不致。海南省目前尚未见报道。从1991年10月至今我们对77例CHF患者的PANP浓度进行了测定,并对CHF与PANP之间的关系进行了探讨,现将其结果报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 研究对象
Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is a beneficial sodium diuretic, dilate blood vessels and inhibit aldosterone system and so on. About plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (PANP) changes in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF), the results reported at home and abroad are not. Hainan Province has not yet been reported. From October 1991 to date, we measured the concentration of PANP in 77 CHF patients and discussed the relationship between CHF and PANP.
