图书馆的发展是高职院校的重要发展项目之一。本文通过对图书馆质量服务重要性的浅析,说明了高职院校图书馆的发展归根结底是要立足于高质量服务。只有立足于高质量服务,才能给高职院校图书馆、带来新的生机,注入新的活力。文章分别从加强图书馆人员队伍建设,加快网络化完善服务体系,拓展服务三个方面对如何提升服务质量做出探究。
The development of library is one of the important development projects in higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the importance of library quality service, this article shows that the development of higher vocational college library should be based on high quality service. Only based on the high-quality service can we bring new vigor and vitality to higher vocational college libraries. The article explores how to improve the service quality from three aspects: strengthening the construction of library staff, speeding up the internet, improving the service system and expanding the service.
