近年来,海南省政研会解放思想,大胆创新,立足本省实际,创建六大主题示范基地,以点带面,带动各市县建立各具特色的示范基地,推动基层思想政治工作更加深入群众,为海南科学发展、绿色崛起提供了有力思想保障。创建“六大基地”发挥示范效应积极创新工作载体,创建省、市、县多级互动的示范基地建设格局,使思想政治工作进一步深入基层深入群众。
