目的：研究活血通脉口服液中原儿茶醛的定量分析方法。方法：样品经酸水解，醋酸乙酯萃取，乙醇定容点于 硅胶ＧＦ＿（２５４）薄层板上。以氯仿─甲醇─水（８：１：１）为展开剂，用薄层色谱扫描仪λＳ＝２８０ｍｍ，λＲ＝３７５ｍｍ下扫描。 结果：平均回收率＝９７．２％。结论：本方法灵敏，准确，专属性强，可作为该制剂含量测定方法。
Objective: To study the quantitative analysis method of protocatechualdehyde in Huoxue Tongmai Oral Liquid. Methods: The samples were acid-hydrolyzed and ethyl acetate extracted. The ethanol was adjusted to the silica gel GF_(254) thin plate. Chloroform-methanol-water (8:1:1) was used as a developer and scanned with a thin-layer chromatography scanner λS=280 mm and λR=375 mm. Result: The average recovery rate = 97.2%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate and specific. It can be used as a method for determining the content of the preparation.
