随着科技的不断发展,技术更新换代的速度越来越快。而制药企业利益得到保证才能促进其对新药的不断研发,从而持续造福于整个人类社会。保护制药业利益的核心是对专利权的保护,甚至说没有专利就没有新药也是不过分的。本文就中国制药业专利权保护的特点、现状及相应的对策予以分析,希望可以对我国制药业的专利保护提供一些可供参考的建议。
With the continuous development of science and technology, the speed of technology upgrading is getting faster and faster. The interests of pharmaceutical companies are guaranteed to promote its continuous research and development of new drugs, so as to continue to benefit the entire human society. At the core of protecting the interests of the pharmaceutical industry is the protection of patent rights. It is not even excessive to say that there is no new drug without a patent. This article analyzes the characteristics, status quo and corresponding countermeasures of patent protection in China’s pharmaceutical industry, and hopes to provide some suggestions for the patent protection in China’s pharmaceutical industry.
