报道了一种新的将钼引入Y分子筛的制备方法,即在水蒸汽存在下,高温焙烧MoO_3与HNaY的机械混合物,钼将以氧钼离子的形式与分子筛中的H~+发生固体离子交换反应。上述过程得到了付立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、电子顺磁共振谱(EPR)等一系列实验证据的证实。
A new preparation method for introducing molybdenum into Y zeolites was reported, in which a mechanical mixture of MoO 3 and HNaY was roasted at high temperature in the presence of water vapor, and the molybdenum would undergo solid ion exchange with H + in the form of oxy-molybdenum ions reaction. The above process was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR) and a series of experimental evidence.
