目的:筛选十八碳二、三烯酸的最佳配伍比例,研究其对高脂血症大鼠的降血脂作用。方法:红花油提供试验用亚油酸(十八碳二烯酸)与α-亚麻酸配伍;用高脂乳剂饲喂大鼠,建立造高脂血症模型;再将配伍十八碳二、三烯酸给予模型大鼠每组3个剂量进行干预,以深海鱼油为阳性对照药,以血清中甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CH)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的水平作评价指标,找出最佳合理配方。结果:与高脂血症模型组比较,3个配方的3个剂量组均可降低高血脂甘油三酯水平(P<0.01),α-亚麻酸∶亚油酸=1∶1.5的配方组不仅降低甘油三酯水平,也降低胆固醇水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与高脂模型组相比,深海鱼油组仅TG降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药用十八碳二、三烯酸的最佳配伍是:α-亚麻酸(亚油酸=1∶1.3)。
Objective: To screen the optimal ratio of octadecadienoic acid to study the hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipemia in rats. Methods: safflower oil to provide experimental linoleic acid (octadecadienoic acid) and α-linolenic acid compatibility; high-fat emulsion feeding rats, the establishment of model of hyperlipidemia; and then compatibility of octadecane two , And trienoic acid was given to 3 groups of rats in each group for intervention. Taking deep-sea fish oil as positive control drug, serum triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CH), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein Protein (LDL) level as an evaluation index to find the best and reasonable formula. Results: Compared with hyperlipidemia model group, the three dosage groups of three prescriptions could reduce the level of hyperlipemia triglyceride (P <0.01). The prescription group of α-linolenic acid: linoleic acid = 1: 1.5 not only Lower triglyceride levels, but also lower cholesterol levels, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Compared with the high-fat model group, only the TG of deep-sea fish oil group decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The best combination of medicinal octadecadienoic acid is α-linolenic acid (linoleic acid = 1: 1.3).
