模块化组织是将复杂的产品系统按照原先制定好的设计规则,分解成不同的半自律的功能模块,这些模块处于同一个设计界面中,既相互独立,又相互响应着,从而对瞬息万变的市场变化做出反应的组织。其基本思想是通过构建企业组织模块与模块之间“松耦合,高内聚”的关系,在充分发挥各模块的主观能动性的基础上,通过设计相应的设计规则来协调各模块之间的关系,总筹各模块之间资源的调度,从而实现企业组织价值最大化的目标。本文以现有研究成果为依据,以制造企业为研究对象,分析制造企业在组织模块化过程中的影响因素,从而为企业在组织模块化过程中合理配置资源提供借鉴。
