切花保鲜是花卉生产的一个重要组成部分.国外对切花保鲜已研究多年,而我国还刚刚开始.切花保鲜一般包括前处理与后处理两个过程.前处理就是把刚切下来的鲜花花枝基部浸入前处理剂中,这是切花生产者预先进行的工作.前处理剂一般用硫代硫酸银(STS)或硝酸银,以银离子来抑制乙烯的产生.后处理是消费者把买来鲜花插入加有后处理剂的花瓶中进行保鲜.后处理剂一般由8-羧基喹啉(8-HQ)和蔗糖配成.8-HQ的作用是杀菌,防止维管束阻塞,使之水分流通;蔗糖则是提供能量和营养. STS或硝酸银,虽是一种理想的前处理剂,但价格昂贵,污染环境,一些国家如荷兰等早已不用这种前处理剂,而代之以其地化学药品,本试验的目的就在于研究一种不含STS或硝酸银的前处理剂,并探索有效的切花保鲜方法
