我们公司是深圳特区华侨城经济发展总公司与香港港华电子企业公司于1980年5月合资兴办的。到目前为止,总投资4300万港元,引进设备1400多套(台),厂房面积2.1万平方米,职工1300多人。公司创办以来,围绕拓展外向型经济的目标,狠抓基础管理工作,广泛推行、采用现代化管理技术和手段,积极增进与海外市场的经济联系,使企业的外向经济得到持续稳健发展。几年来,先后生产了14个系列140多种电子产品,主要销往美国、法国、西德、加拿大等国际市场。仅1986年度,主产品电视机、收录机、钟控收音电话三用机就外销83.3万台,占总产量的96.5%;外汇收入4亿港元,占总收入的93%。成为产品主要出口,外汇收支平衡并略有节余的外向型企业。
Our company is a joint venture between Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Economic Development Corporation and Hong Kong and Hong Kong and China Electronic Enterprise Corporation in May 1980. So far, a total investment of 43 million Hong Kong dollars, the introduction of more than 1,400 sets of equipment (Taiwan), plant area of 21,000 square meters, more than 1,300 employees. Since its inception, the company has focused on the goal of expanding its export-oriented economy, paid close attention to basic management work, widely implemented and adopted modern management techniques and methods, and actively promoted economic ties with overseas markets so that the company’s outward economy was sustained and robust. Over the past few years, it has produced 14 series of more than 140 kinds of electronic products, mainly sold to the United States, France, West Germany, Canada and other international markets. In 1986 alone, the main products TV, radio recorders, and clock radio telephones were exported to 833,000 units, accounting for 96.5% of the total output; foreign exchange revenue was 400 million Hong Kong dollars, accounting for 93% of total revenue. It became an export-oriented enterprise with major exports of products, balance of foreign exchange and slight savings.
