快速多层 CVD 法制备 Nb_3Sn 带是对慢速单层 CVD 法的重要改进,不但带速(生产率)能提高几倍至十几倍,而且载流能力亦能成倍地提高。

The rapid multi-layer CVD method for preparing Nb_3Sn band is an important improvement on the slow single-layer CVD method. It not only increases the belt speed (productivity) several times to ten times, but also the current carrying capacity can also be doubled.
