一酒是一种饮料,一般辞书的释义都是“就事说事”。《辞源》最为简洁,只有13个字:“用谷类或果类发酵制成的饮料。”《现代汉语词典》说得更细,强调用粮食、水果等“含淀粉或糖的物质”经过发酵制成,并且交代那饮料是“含乙醇的”;这就告诫人们,酒喝多了,当心乙醇(酒精)中毒,急性中毒即进入酒醉状态,轻则失态,重则出事甚或有生命危险。当然,这后面一句是我的推想,人家辞书只是客观地告诉你,那饮料里有乙醇。
