测定了卫星散热板内预埋热管的启动特性,通过给热管热端输入一定温度热源,使热管能够持续稳定工作,同时获得整个过程中热管热端、冷端及热管周围温度变化数据。实验结果表明:不同形状的热管,启动条件会有所不同,即使热管形状完全相同,也会因其内部结构、工质含量甚至是预埋位置的不同而导致其启动条件的差异,同时本次实验所得数据也为今后热管的研制及测定提供可靠依据。
The startup characteristic of the embedded heat pipe in the satellite heat sink is measured. By inputting a certain temperature heat source into the hot end of the heat pipe, the heat pipe can be continuously and stably operated, and the temperature changes of the hot end, the cold end and the heat pipe in the whole process are obtained. The experimental results show that the starting conditions of the heat pipes with different shapes will be different. Even if the heat pipes are completely the same in shape, their starting conditions will be different due to the difference of their internal structure, working fluid content and even the embedded position. Meanwhile, The experimental data also provide a reliable basis for the future development and determination of heat pipe.
