用高效顺反氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷、久效磷、灭多威、甲基对硫磷及水胺硫磷等为有效成份,添加一定量的增效剂、渗透剂及溶剂等,配制成杀虫液剂。以3龄棉铃虫为实验幼虫,经过上百种配方的几百次实验,筛选出由有效成份高效氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷、甲基1605配成的复配杀虫液剂护棉灵,共毒系数为464.6,增效倍数为3.6倍。通过大田验证,40%护棉铃复配制剂,在棉田的药效明显优于对比单剂,也优于复配药剂30%灭铃灵,且防治费用低。
