黑龙江省西部为风砂干旱地区、中部和东北部大多属春寒多风易旱区,是我省发展大豆生产主要灾害之一。为此,对大豆种质资源进行抗旱性鉴定筛选,为选育抗旱大豆品种,提供抗旱亲本材料是有意义的。 1986~1990年我们共进行了727份大豆种质资源的抗旱性鉴定。 鉴定方法分芽期鉴定与田间直接鉴定两种方法。芽期鉴定用蔗糖溶液-8巴浸种大豆,在人工模拟旱境条件下鉴定品种种子的发芽率和种子活力,凡发芽率高的和种子活力强的生育期间表现抗旱。
The western part of Heilongjiang Province is a sand-wind arid area. Most of the central and northeastern part of the province are spring-windy and windy and drought-prone areas and one of the major disasters in the development of soybean production in our province. Therefore, screening and identification of soybean germplasm resources for drought resistance is of great significance in breeding drought-tolerant soybean varieties and providing drought resistant parent materials. From 1986 to 1990 we conducted a total of 727 soybean germplasm resources drought resistance identification. Identification methods budding identification and field direct identification of two methods. Germination of soybean was pre-soaked with sucrose solution-8 bar at seed germination stage, germination percentage and seed vigor of seed were identified under artificial simulated dry conditions, and drought resistance was observed during the growth period when seed germination rate was high and seed vigor was strong.
