一、概述 SK—20程序控制器与光电电度表配合组成了能量控制器。该能量控制器在“密炼机能量控制装置”中做主控制器,按照工艺要求,对各辅机及执行机构进行控制。由SK—20程序控制器及光电电度表组成的能量控制器,使炼胶的各程序分别受控于能量信号和时间信号,此两种信号分别命名为“外CP”和“内CP”。在一个混炼周期里,投料后的加压过程采用能量控制;投料机构、上顶栓和排料器的动作,则用时间信号控制。根据需要,两者可交替使用。因为有不同的炼胶工艺,为避免操作人员反复设定的麻烦,该机设有跳步功能。
