高职院校学生管理是以教书育人为目的,根据社会建设需求,为国家经济文化建设培养高质量人才的一种管理模式。随着社会的发展,高职专业人才的社会需求也发生了巨大改变,我国高职院校管理模式也要在发展中逐步与社会发展形式相接轨。改变传统管理理念,调整管理思维,创新出与时代发展相对应的管理模式,让高职院校的管理工作更加科学化、合理化,才能对高职院校的发展起到推动作用。
The management of students in higher vocational colleges is a kind of management mode that aims at teaching and educating people and cultivating high-quality talents for the national economic and cultural construction according to the needs of social construction. With the development of society, the social needs of higher vocational professionals have also undergone tremendous changes. The management model of higher vocational colleges in our country also needs to gradually conform to the social development in its development.
