一、前言 该工艺于1982年荣获石油部优秀科技成果二等奖后,已在大庆油田,华北油田、胜利油田、华东输油管道局、东北输油管道局、辽原矿务局等二十一个单位推广和交流,都取得满意的效果。一些单位要求提供阴极尺寸以及电解液的流场、压力场计算资料。为加速推广该工艺,现将有关资料发表如下。 该工艺除了选择合理的工艺参数之外,还要设计出适用的阴极(以下称电极)。实践证明,电极设计的如何,是关系到这一工艺是否实现的关键之一。
I. Foreword After winning the second prize of Outstanding Scientific and Technological Achievements of the Ministry of Oil in 1982, the craft has been successfully applied in 21 units including Daqing Oilfield, Huabei Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, East China Oil Pipeline Bureau, Northeast Oil Pipeline Bureau and Liaoyuan Mining Bureau. Promotion and exchange, have achieved satisfactory results. Some units require the cathode size and electrolyte flow field, pressure field calculations. To accelerate the promotion of the process, the relevant information is now published below. The process in addition to select a reasonable process parameters, but also design a suitable cathode (hereinafter referred to as the electrode). Practice has proved that how the electrode design is related to whether this process is one of the key.
